The owners operate their own farms in South Iceland.

The company owns two valuable properties in Árborg. The small-farm project Tjarnabyggð consists of 359 plots of land covering an area of 600 hectares and is located 4 km from Selfoss.

The plots range in size from 10.000 - 60.0000 m2. Eystra-Stokkseyrarsel consists of 160 hectares of land and has been divided into 21 plots ranging in size from 50,000 to 120,500 m2.
